The long-time stage perfoirmer and artist in Peterborough/Nogojiwanong discussed with me her upcoming show “Titty Cakes: A Recipe for Radical Acceptance”at TTOK(October 19-23, her connection with St. Agatha, baking finger cakes(the titty cakes) and how to her they can represent trama and violence, her love of bathai, her healing journeys from various traumas, her love of the audience being actively audience in theatre, her love of TTOK and it being a “labratory” “conducive to risk-taking”, love of fellow artists Kate Story and Ryan Kerr, her experience as an arts rerporter at Kawartha Now, her work as a volunteer on various arts councils, being involved in theatre for the most part since a child, some past projects like “Testing”, comparison of online versus traditiional performances, her experreinces at Trent in Cultural and Media Studies, her Trent Radio show of speaking in haiku, the emphasis on feeling connected to her community, her love of “X-Files”, being a sexual assault survivor and more.
